Shipping and FAQ


Shipping - At MoShadyBusiness our customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Unfortunately we do not offer returns on any of our products. All sales are final. We will offer Product exchange within 30 days. To find out if your item is covered under the exchange policy Review the exchange policy below. We ship Monday through Friday orders will not be processed on weekends or holidays business days only.

Exchange Policy- Check your product for any damage that may have taken place during shipment. If your product is damaged, keep all content and email our customer service department with a photo attachment and receipt order of product. We will replace any broken items within 10 days. Our customer service representative will give you further instructions. Any items received back within 15 days are not exchangeable.

Order Processing - Customer Satisfaction is our number one priority here at MoShady Business. All orders will be processed with 1-7 business days. Items will be delivered between 3-7 business days. All orders will be shipped USPS standard shipping. Once your order is shipped refer to the tracking information and confirmation of delivery status. This will be available once purchase is complete through email.

Tracking- Once your order is shipped out you will receive a tracking number by email.

Wrong Address Disclaimer- It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that he/she enters the correct address information. Please double check the address, we are not responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer entered. If you do notice the wrong address please contact  or send us a dm on instagram @moshadybusiness with the subject line wrong address with 24 hours of placing the order. NOTE- if your order is already shipped out or en route processing we cannot change the address.
